Global Procurement Process Lead – Ariba/SAP Hana implementation – Leading Global Brand – London – £50,000-£80,000
This role is to lead the Global S2P Process for Global Procurement Transformation programme. You will lead on process implementation, improvement, and governance. Replacing several outdated Finance systems, you will lead on the implementation of Ariba and SAP Hana.
Global Procurement Process Lead Responsibilities:
- Own the relationships necessary to implement the Ariba Contracting deliverables
- Liaising with global stakeholders to ensure the consistent expansion of the procurement function
- Support the implementation of Ariba Buying deliverables
- Lead process walkthroughs to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the SAP solution
- Ensuring training material, process documentation and other supporting material are developed and maintained
- Support testing & quality management review of the solution design
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience design and implementation of Ariba – ideally including SAP Hana
- Ability to work across a complex global procurement function
- Brilliant communication skills with the ability to influence and lead c-suite level stakeholders on a global reach
- An inquisitive mindset and the ability to think outside the box
