A coffee wholesaler – and former cafe owner – is warning a large cup of coffee could cost you more than $7 from next year.
Richard Corney, who is the general manager of flight coffee, says that’s because the cost of running a cafe has gone up.
Richard also manages The Flight Hanger in Wellington, where he upped the price of a large coffee earlier this year.
He broke down the cost for Nick Mills on Wellington Mornings.
