On a per-share basis, the Duluth, Georgia-based company said it had net income of 89 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.06 per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.05 per share.
The vehicle suspension maker posted revenue of $342.3 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $334 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $163.8 million, or $3.87 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.3 billion.
For the current quarter ending in April, Fox Factory Holding expects its per-share earnings to range from $1 to $1.20.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $325 million to $340 million for the fiscal first quarter.
Fox Factory Holding expects full-year earnings in the range of $4.90 to $5.20 per share, with revenue ranging from $1.44 billion to $1.47 billion.
