The 375,000 sq ft new facility located in Tuas will cost more than S$80 million, and will expand F&N Singapore’s capabilities “across all aspects, from production and warehousing to research and development”.

The facility will also enable F&N to consolidate most of its Singapore non-alcoholic beverages operations under one roof.

It is planned for completion in late 2021.

Said Mr Koh Poh Tiong, Chairman of the F&N Board Executive Committee: “Our investment in this new facility marks our confidence in Singapore’s future, as well as its ability to meet rising global and local challenges.”

Added Dr Beh Swan Gin, Chairman of the Singapore Economic Development Board: “The new facility will enhance F&N’s capabilities to innovate, and contribute to the vibrancy of Singapore as a food innovation hub.”

The facility will also act as the product innovation centre of the F&N Group, and will strengthen the Group’s R&D capabilities to expand its offerings of health and wellness beverages with sustainable packaging solutions.
