Fitness Factory Health Club has signed a 10-year, 18,000 square-foot lease at the base of RXR Realty’s 475 Clermont in Fort Greene, CO reported. The 12-story luxury residential building contains 363 apartments, and opened this past November. This will be the fitness company’s first location in Manhattan.
- Be Smart: Asking rents for the ground-floor space were reportedly between $80 to $90 per square foot. There is still 17,000 square feet available for lease at the property.
