Farmers Market Coupon Distribution Schedule for the 2022 Season

One exciting update is that this year each individual will receive $25 in coupons (5/$5 coupons).

The coupons can be used on locally grown (NY and adjacent states) fruits and vegetables. No jams, jellies, honey, baked goods, etc. Individuals should look for farmers that display a sign stating they accept farmer’s market coupons.

Individuals must be present to sign for their coupons. If they are unable to make it to a distribution site, they can complete a proxy form and send someone in their place. POAs can also pick up coupons for individuals but must provide the POA paperwork. Once the coupons are picked up they can send a proxy to the farmer’s market to use them without any documentation.

Coupons will be distributed at the sites as scheduled. They can only be picked up at the OFA offices once the last distribution site has been completed (July 22nd). Lost or stolen coupons CAN NOT be replaced.
