Exporting 101

At its simplest, exporting is when products or services from one country are sold in another country. It doesn’t matter what the product or service is, how much you sell, or how it’s sold or delivered. If you’re a New Zealand company and your product or service is sold to someone in a foreign country, including through e-commerce channels, then you are exporting.
