Exploration Logistics acquired by global firm



Exploration Logistics, a Gloucestershire-based safety, security, and logistics company, has been acquired by US-headquartered Exlog Global, a risk management and crisis response company.

The acquisition of Exploration Logistics is designed to provide support to Exlog Global’s growing client base in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Mark Hutchings, chief executive of Exploration Logistics, said: “We have worked closely for many years on significant projects around the world. Jack Stradley, chief executive of Exlog Global, added: “The acquisition of Exploration Logistics is an essential part of our strategic growth.
