European markets pulled back slightly tracking global risk-off sentiment

The pan-European Stoxx 600 dropped 0.5% in early trade, with basic resources shedding to lead losses as almost all sectors and major bourses slid into the red.

U.S. stock futures fell in early premarket trading after slipping lower to start the month, with not all investors convinced that the pain for risk assets is truly over.

In bond market, The yield on 10-year Treasuries was down more than four basis point to 2.56%.

Germany’s 10-year yield was down more than four basis point to 0.72%.

Britain’s 10-year yield was up down more than five basis points to 1.76%.
