Tack TMI, a division of global staffing firm GI Group, has acquired The Leadership Factory, a leadership training firm based in Stirling, Scotland. The deal closed on 31 January.
“This significant acquisition enhances our Learning and Development Practice on a number of levels,” said Stefano Colli-Lanzi, CEO and founder of Gi Group. “It reinforces one of our three strategic pillars for growth — high margin added value services. The Leadership Factory will also bring with it significant skills and experience, allowing us to accelerate the production of our world leading digital content.”
Tack TMI is a training provider that focuses on learning in sales excellence, customer experience, leadership and management development, personal development, change and innovation, and safety culture. The GI Group acquired the business lines in 2016.
