Distribution Finance Capital Holdings PLC said on Wednesday that Mark Stephens has been appointed as nonexecutive chairman of the company with immediate effect.
The London-listed lender–which provides working capital to dealers and manufacturers across the U.K.–said Mr. Stephens–a nonexecutive director of the company–will continue to chair the company’s remuneration and nomination committees. Mr. Stephens has held the position of senior independent director since joining the board in 2017, the company said.
Shares at 0840 GMT were flat at 48 pence.
