by scceu0550

If you’re in search of a shopping experience that’s truly one of a kind, look no further than The Churchill. An open-air market made out of recycled shipping containers, this unique place offers some of the best shopping in Phoenix. It has restaurants, bars, and retail stores – everything you need for a memorable outing.

Nestled in the artist enclave of Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix, The Churchill is quite possibly the most unique shopping experience in the city.
The Churchill is an open-air market featuring 10 local businesses: four restaurants, two bars, one wine store, and three retail shops – all located in repurposed shipping containers.

Let’s get to know the shops, shall we? If you’re looking for apparel, definitely stop by State Forty Eight, where you’ll find a wide range of Arizona-inspired clothing.
Peruse artisan gifts and apothecary items at Gather, or fill your home with the vibrant colors of Mexico City at Cosas, a retail store selling Mexican textiles, totes, and trinkets. Then, stock up on natural wines at Sauvage!
On select Saturdays, local vendors post up on the sidewalks, bringing an even wider variety of shopping options to The Churchill.
All that shopping is bound to work up your appetite, so visit one of the on-site restaurants for some hearty grub.
Indulge in organic, wood-fired pizza at Freak Brothers, flavorful central Mexican cuisine at Provecho, and bagels and burgers at Stoop Kid. For drinks, both The Brill Line and So Far So Good pour amazing cocktails, and Foxy Fruit turns out refreshing smoothies and acai bowls.

In the center of the complex, a covered, 9,000-square-foot pavilion with plenty of seating allows shoppers to rest their legs and mingle over delicious food and drinks.
Perhaps you’ll even unleash your inner child with some lawn games. Cornhole, anyone?

Visit The Churchill’s website or Facebook page for more information, including current hours.
