The presentation will provide an overview of the evolving regenerative medicine supply chain and its requirements, challenges, and opportunities. A new supply chain paradigm needs to be considered including an ecosystem of innovators, developers, suppliers, CMDOs, and supply chain partners. The alignment of collaborative business processes and information exchange across the organizations will be examined. Further review of the automation and information systems needed to support the digitization of the supply chain of an ecosystem will be conducted and the need for subject matter experts in these systems during the strategy development, planning phase.
