CLEVELAND, Ohio — DiGeronimo Cos. said it’s buying Donley’s construction management business for an undisclosed price.
Cleveland-based DiGeronimo Companies said the Donley company will operate as Donley’s Independence as part of DiGeronimo’s Independence Construction unit.
Donley’s, founded in Cleveland in 1941, has additional offices in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
