Defence Ministry procurement chief talks up cooperation with Israel

In an unusual endorsement that illustrates Israel’s value as India’s third-largest defence supplier after Russia and the US, the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD’s) weapons procurement chief, Apurva Chandra, publicly stated that Israel is the key contributor to India’s readiness to face military challenges.
