Date Set for Taiwan’s First Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference

The Asia Wind Energy Association and the World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO) are organizing the first offshore wind supply chain conference in Taiwan.

The 1st Annual Asia Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference will be held on 4 March 2020 in Kaohsiung.

The event is the first conference in Asia-Pacific dedicated to the supply chain development of the offshore wind industry in Taiwan and the region.

It will be in conjunction and cooperation with Wind Energy Asia 2020 which will be held from 3 to 5 March 2020.

“This joint event between the Asia Wind Energy Association and the World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO) event is going to be an excellent opportunity for the global offshore wind industry to gain deep insights into the dynamically growing Taiwanese offshore wind market and the region’s outstanding supply chain capabilities,” said Gunnar Herzig, Managing Director of WFO.
