The Commercial Court of Marseille (Tribunal de commerce de Marseille) has ruled on the takeover of Oxatis, an e-commerce company, by approving the bid submitted by CMA CGM, a world leader in shipping and logistics, and LUNDI MATIN, a startup based in Montpellier that publishes innovative business management software. Following the Commercial Court of Marseille’s ruling on March 26th, 2020 the CMA CGM Group and LUNDI MATIN will hold respectively 90% and 10% of the company.

CMA CGM and LUNDI MATIN will pool their expertise to enable Oxatis to offer end-to-end solutions across the commercial and logistics chain: design of e-commerce websites, management and cash register software, and integrated solutions for logistics and transportation. These solutions will complement those offered by CMA CGM’s logistics subsidiary, CEVA Logistics, and help adapt to multiple target customers.

The company’s headquarters will remain in Marseille and the majority of employees will be retained.
