Construction Commences on Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Center

ARCO Design/Build, National Property Holdings and Domino’s Pizza Inc. broke ground on a supply chain center in Katy, TX, on the west side of the Houston metro. The 59,832-square-foot facility at 900 Igloo Rd., will produce fresh pizza dough for more than 300 Domino’s stores throughout the region. The completion date is scheduled for late 2020, with 85 new jobs created for the facility.

According to Domino’s Stu Levy, the facility will serve as a warehouse and distribution center, as well as a dough-manufacturing operation for restaurant operations throughout south Texas and parts of Louisiana. “The continued growth of Domino’s in the U.S. has created a demand for additional supply chain capacity,” he said.

The facility is being built in National Property Holdings’ Katy Prairie Business Park, an 87-acre business park at Interstate 10 and Igloo Road. Robert Alinger, CCIM, SIOR and Walker Barnett, SIOR of Colliers International, are marketing the property.

Connect Houston will take place Feb. 4, 2020. Register by clicking here.
