Company might renovate old factory on Aurora’s East Side

The expansion would be a bit odd, because the property is not directly contiguous to the River Zone, which runs roughly along the Fox River, taking in properties on both banks. It has been expanded before to take in the entire downtown, and to go up New York Street to include the St. Charles Hospital property. This proposed expansion would run along the centerline of New York Street to the centerline of Union Street, then south to Fourth Street and take in the old factory property.
