A: For air shpt ,Rates can be offered subject to cargoes details(Gross weight ,Volume ,Quantity ,Pick up address and destination airport);
For sea shpt , Pls let us know the pick up address ,destination port and what kind commodity .
2. Q: How you can pay ?
A: You can pay us by bank transfer (T/T), Western Union , paypal and so on.
3. Q: When you can pay ?
A: Generally ,Rates should be paid before shipment departure from China ,and for sea shipment , rates can be paid before arrived destination. Also the rates can be paid by collect .
4. Q: If your supplier do not have export docs /export license ,can you arrange to export ?
A: Yes, we can. We can buy the export license and help to make docs for you to do cusotm clearance in destination , do the customs declaration
and ship the goods out to you.your supplier only need to provide invoice and packing list to us .
5. Q: Can you help me inspect our goods?
A: Yes, we can help do that for you. Please offer your detail requirements for the inspection.
6. Q: Can you help pick up our goods from the inland of China? if there are several suppliers ,can you pick up and ship together ?
A: Yes, we can help do that for you. Please advise pick up address with suppliers contact information.
7. Q: Can you help do the customs clearance, and deliver the goods
from destination port to our warehouse?
A: Yes. We have partner agents in oversea ports. So we can help you do that,if needed.
8. Q: Is my cargo safe with you?
A: Of course, we can help to take photos for your goods,
buy cargo insurance, if there are any damaged or loss from supplier,we must let you know in advance.
