Janne Morstol, the CEO of Seafood software developer Maritech, will resign from her role after serving as CEO for three years after coming to an agreement with the company’s board of directors.
Maritech said Wednesday Morsol led the company through expansion in the value chain and internationalization, and helped Maritech obtain a strong position as a supplier of innovative software systems tailored for the seafood and logistics industry.
The board appointed Odd-Arne Kristengard as its new CEO. Kristengard has worked for Maritech for the past nine years, the last six as its COO.
