Carmichael Claims Nearly 29K SF at Monterey Park Corporate Center

Customs broker and freight forwarder Carmichael International Service signed a long-term 28,777-square-foot lease at 1200 Corporate Center Dr. in Monterey Park. The corporate HQ deal at the 84,579-square-foot office property owned by Omninet was valued in excess of $10.4 million.

The three-story, Class A building sits on a 4.73-acre site and is located in the center of Los Angeles Corporate Center, the western San Gabriel Valley’s premier suburban office park. The property features a corporate identity, energy star certification, 4/1,000 free parking and myriad of cafes and restaurants within the area. The building also offers OC12 high speed digital connection capability.

NAI Capital’s Joseph Faulkner represented the tenant. Kidder Mathews’ Linda Lee, Bill Boyd and Scott Unger represented the landlord.

Faulkner says, “Carmichael International Service is very excited to move its corporate headquarters to 1200 Corporate Center Dr. The building provides an outstanding location for their employees, clients and U.S. network.”
