Calling All Startups to Nominate for the Global Supply Chain and Procurement Awards

ATLANTA, GA / ACCESSWIRE / March 10, 2022 / The Supply Chain and Procurement Awards, a global initiative focused on recognizing supply chain and procurement leaders who deliver excellence, will announce their 2022 annual awards winners on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Startups are strongly encouraged to apply, with more information on the awards and the nomination process available here.

“Startups are a hotbed of supply chain innovation, and we are excited about their contributions to our pool of candidates,” says Scott Luton, Founder, CEO and Host of Supply Chain Now and an awards organizer. “As so many organizations are navigating supply chain disruptions, there is also the critical need to address the issue of modern slavery and human trafficking. This year’s awards give startups an opportunity to highlight their achievements while also supporting a worthwhile cause.”

All nomination fees and a portion of the net profits from this year’s awards will be donated to Hope for Justice, an international nonprofit organization working to bring an end to modern slavery and human trafficking. These awards recognize a wide variety of leaders and teams across all facets of the supply chain, including startups, who have created and implemented innovative and successful supply chain solutions and strategies.

Nominations for this year’s awards are due by April 1, 2022.

This year, nine awards will be presented, each with unique criteria. Winners will be chosen by a panel of executive judges and awarded at the virtual ceremony, which will also feature several keynote speakers. Sponsorship opportunities are also still available. The 2022 Supply Chain and Procurement Awards are jointly presented by Supply Chain Now, Buyers Meeting Point, and Art of Procurement.
