Brand new bulk carrier suffered fire in cargo hold, Yellow sea – Maritime Bulletin

Brand new bulk carrier, understood in her maiden voyage, suffered fire in cargo hold on Jan 4 at port, Yellow sea. Judging from photos, cargo was on fire – wooden boxes or crates. Fire was extinguished in the afternoon same day, extent of damages (understood cargo was damaged or destroyed, mostly) still under assessment.
