Kicking off with a salad bar workshop on the 25th January which is being run in partnership with Rich Sauces, the founder Country Range member will also host an ice cream workshop, a dysphagia workshop, a ‘free from’ exhibition, a care home bake off, and its popular annual tradeshow, The BIG Event.

All workshops and exhibitions will take place in the wholesaler’s training, exhibitions and development (TED) centre at their main depot in Burnley, Lancashire.

Louise Birchall, sales director said, “We pride ourselves on delivering a better foodservice experience, and we believe our TED events offer added value to our customers.
