Aussie families have been waiting months for their furniture deliveries because of supply chain issues

Chronic furniture supply chain issues have left Aussie consumers in the lurch and now a number of customers have come forward to voice their frustration as they continue to wait for their deliveries to arrive.

In some cases, families have been left waiting months for their orders to turn up.

“We ended up having to use a camping table,” unhappy customer Timo Dressler told A Current Affair about his Christmas, while he continues to wait for the table he ordered.

Another customer, Danny Blake, said he was told by the company he ordered from that “they had no power over the delivery times”.

“We’ve seen delivery times shift from weeks to months,” Taylor Blackburn from Finder said.
