A total of 327 plants were found in a property in Powell Street, police said.
Heath Town & East Park Police tweeted saying: “Cannabis factory – The team have executed a drugs warrant in Powell Street. We have recovered 327 plants so over £160k of drugs.
“And one under arrest who was found hiding in the loft.”
