Ann Rusher Appointed Supply Chain Management VP at General Dynamics Mission Systems Unit; Chris Brady Quoted

Ann Rusher, formerly vice president of trusted space solutions at space and intelligence segment at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) mission systems business, has been named VP of supply chain management.

She succeeds Scotty Miller, who retired from his role at GDMS on Friday after more than four decades of service, and will oversee subcontract management and procurement functions while cultivating customer and partner relationships within the U.S. government, homeland security and military communities, the company said Wednesday.

Chris Brady, president of General Dynamics Mission Systems and a 2022 Wash100 Award winner, said Rusher has exceeded her business commitments to deliver robust financial performance and her focus on program execution, customer satisfaction and mission success has enabled her to improve sales and operational earnings amid challenging market conditions.

In her previous role, Rusher managed a portfolio of national security space radio frequency and communications payloads, ground systems programs and precision navigation and timing products. She worked at Motorola prior to joining General Dynamics.
