Since its establishment in 2004, Mountain Spirits has expanded its product range with international brands and will now join ABG core brands such as Riga Black Balsam, Rooster Rojo Tequila and Cross Keys Gin.
“Mountain Spirits, a boutique and highly respected Austrian distribution company and wholesaler, will provide us with a powerful footprint in central Europe and with the ability to reach into the strategically important Alps,” said Seymour Ferreira, CEO of ABG.
“Markus Panzl will stay on in his role as managing director and we wish him every success in the future.”
Mountain Spirits is based in the Tirol region of Austria and focuses its operations on outlets across the Alps while ABG is a producer, distributor, logistics provider and retailer of international beverages.
ABG operates internationally from its head office in Luxembourg and through its production and distribution companies in Russia, Mexico, the UK, Australia, Austria and the Baltics.
