i have had it going to linus on my old hp pc prodesk model i do charity blog and cant deal with dark the only option

i disabled updates but had to let them thru
i have used every forum option to change the facebook twitter linkedin apps i post to daily and help charity
from a pink background tint on the top and bottom bars and the apps are still all PINK none of the methods
from Microsoft support not forums in #heygoogle work at all to restore to white Old ppl have vision probs as well
and failing health and cant deal with the stress of looking at pink tint for hours thus i attempted to do a factory reset
and delete all the files and setting only way to do so i have most of my data on usb as i dont trust win 10 from eatuing deleting files which the support forms support as bad ux and the win 11 although emulates a phone is as bad
windows is not a trustworthy stable os anymore for corporate small busines ngos non profits and hopefully congress will tacke this user issue they ignore in 2021 the last update in Dec 2021 did the pink tint and i cannot get rid of it
therefore I attemoted to in old skool days re format the hard driver and reinstall windows years ago a CD
or USB would do the trick nicely in about half hour of lost productivite wiht win 10 it takes a day hours or more than one day and now the PC wont recognize the USB recovery i bought on amazon prime to recover fix win 1o
boot disk ie it workecd before not i think win 10 update did something to disablexcd factory reset et al and it qwont reset in safe mode either and wont repair in safe mode or reg mode on win 10 latest os update
the bios on hp was set to UEI etc boot from usb then the secure boot is OFF and the legavy booit from usb wont work well either i have spend all day on this attemtoing to reinstall win 1o so i dont have pink tint in background gmail facebook et al crap i hope gates is sued by a class action lawsuit to compensate end users who invested in this crappy buggy software which is unreadliable and not even stable
any suggestions arrpeciated my only other option is to find format.com in dos or rufus or some ultiliyy program and former from the dos promot the c drive entire;ly but i need to dl the iso file from the cloud from ms
