Finance and Procurement Officer, APS5 & APS6, Sydney

In this role you will need to have a strong customer-centric focus, excellent engagement skills, and a positive and flexible approach in terms of working with different stakeholders. The DTA has constant and changing priorities and it is essential while continuing with our engaging work that we comply with Commonwealth and departmental requirements.

As a Finance and Procurement Officer you would form part of a multidisciplinary team and play a key role supporting the DTA by providing procurement expertise and assisting stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.

The role sits within the DTA’s Finance Team as part of Corporate and Enabling Services Branch and reports to the Procurement and Governance Manager.

It is critical that you have the demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment and have strong experience in managing contracts and procurement related activities.
