JLL marketing Brooklyn warehouse | Real Estate Weekly

Seagis 54 at 132 54th Street in Brooklyn

JLL has been tapped by Seagis property Group to exclusively market leasing for Seagis 54, a warehouse located at 132 54th Street in Brooklyn. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the 35,576-s/f, single-story building in the Sunset Park neighborhood.

The JLL professionals overseeing the leasing assignment include Leslie Lanne and Adam Citron, managing directors; and James Ferrigno and Jeremy Liebler, associates. Building owner Seagis Property Group will also be represented in-house by Steven Pron, senior vice president and partner, and Mac Lee, director.

“Seagis 54 is a great choice for local distribution and last mile companies, as well as food and beverage firms,” said Lanne. “The warehouse has great access to public transportation, and its location one block from I-278 provides tenants with immediate access to the entire New York City metropolitan area and its dense consumer and labor population.”

The warehouse space includes an adjoining 10,000-s/f, secure parking lot with 33 parking spaces. The property has a 19.5-foot clear ceiling height, one internal loading bay and two drive-in doors. It is located between First and Second avenues in the Sunset Park industrial area of Brooklyn, and is one block from I-278.
