SunLive – Paul Ubana Jones at The Jam Factory

Paul Ubana Jones is on tour and in Tauranga this weekend.

The singer and acoustic guitar virtuoso has a contemporary style, influenced by blues, rock, folk and jazz and will be playing at the Jam Factory on Sunday evening.

Paul started playing guitar at the age of 11, beginning a five-decade career that would see him crossing continents and recording eight albums.

He has won three New Zealand Music Awards and toured with artists such as Norah Jones, Taj Mahal and Crowded House.

In constant demand in NZ, part of Paul’s appeal is this warmth, his embracing spirit, an agile and effortless guitar hand, and that smoky voice flowing along on his toe-tapping rhythms.

Don’t miss this chance to experience Paul Ubana Jones live in concert.

Please note that vaccination passports are required for all attending performance events inside the Jam Factory. This includes the deck and outside areas. All Jam Factory volunteers as well as all performers, support teams and bands are vaccinated.

Paul Ubana Jones will be performing at The Jam Factory, 17th Ave from 7pm -9.30pm on Sunday January 16.
