Anaj Mandi fire case: Delhi court orders factory owner, manager to judicial custody





A  Delhi court on Monday ordered the manager and owner of the factory which caught fire in the Anaj Mandi area of Delhi on 8th December to judicial custody till 4th January.

The two accused were in police custody since 9th December.

43 people died and more than 60 people were injured in a massive fire at the factory.

Court also ordered a multi-pronged investigation into the case as the initial investigation shows that many illegal factories were operating in the building without clearance from the concerned authorities.
