FreightPOP Raises $6M in Funding







FreightPOP, a Lake Forest CA-based logistics management platform company, raised $6M in funding.

The round was led by Mercato Partners’ Prelude Fund.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations, accelerate growth and its business reach.

Led by Kurt Johnson, Doug Henrriquez and Justin Dickson, FreightPOP provides cloud-based logistics software which integrates with existing ERP systems to support the full spectrum of transport options, rate shopping, and integrating shipment tracking. The solution connects to 300+ carriers, ERP, WMS, and is used by manufacturers, retailers, ecommerce providers, distributors and 3PL firms.
