Moses Lake Firefighters Distribute Coats to Local Elementary Schools

Moses Lake firefighters distributed new winter coats to four elementary schools last Wednesday, right before Thanksgiving break. Our news partner, iFiberone, reports this was part of the Operation Warm campaign. The school district and firefighters coordinated to determine the students in most need for a new, warm coat at North, Larson Heights, Peninsula and Knolls Vista elementary schools. A total of 100 coats were distributed. The brand new coats were bought using funds from the Moses Lake Firefighters Charity Golf Tournament in August.
