Wholesaler in Ladysmith to aid the community during the lockdown

TFS Wholesalers Ladysmith are going the extra mile to assist the less fortunate who are in need of groceries during the lockdown period.

Iqbal Khan has been co-ordinating the project.

TFS will be making over 500 food hampers, which will be donated to the most needy next week so that families can make it through the lockdown.

Each food hamper will consist of a 2kg chicken pack, sugar, rice, oil, mealie meal, milk, tea, tinned fish, baked beans, salt and instant energy porridge.

TFS Wholesalers say they are doing this so that the people of Ladysmith don’t suffer during these trying times.

TFS would like to thank Standard Bank, Al Baraka Bank and all those who assisted to make this project a success.
