Which wholesale brokers and MGAs are going above and beyond to serve clients?

Insurance Business America’s annual survey, Producers on wholesale brokers & MGAs is underway.

Last year’s report showcased 27 wholesale partners that earned a five-star rating, and 14 of those companies were designated as All-Star Wholesalers, having earned five-stars in all eight categories – underwriting responsiveness or turnaround time, technical expertise and product knowledge, range of products, compensation, claims support, marketing support, technology or automation, and communication.

Producers are encouraged once again to take part in this year’s survey to provide feedback on their wholesale partners’ performance and services over the past year.

The information gathered in this survey will be a beneficial tool for businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.

Complete the survey here.

Look out for the full report in the IBA’s March issue and online.

Survey closes Friday, January 31, 2020.
