Water distribution being held for those in need in Jackson

The Mississippi Rapid Response Coalition has partnered with the city of Jackson to distribute cases of bottled water to residents in need.The water distribution started around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Cash Saver’s parking lot. This is located at the intersection of Raymond and McDowell roads in South Jackson.Organizers said that they expect to continue the distribution until supplies run out.This is to help residents who have been affected by the recent water system issues.
