Two men have been charged after police uncovered a cannabis factory in Hardwick that had 580 plants worth £487,000.
The property in Hall Drive was raided on Saturday morning by officers from the South Cambridgeshire Neighbourhood Team, as the Cambridge Independent reported.

Shkelzen Osmanaj, 26, of Hall Drive, Hardwick and Clirim Kukaj, 26, of Valence Drive, Cheshunt, have both been charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis and are due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (May 18).
Police raiding the house were shocked by the scale of the cannabis farm, which stretched over several floors.
Crime scene investigators were called in before the factory was dismantled.
UK Power Networks were called in to ensure the electricity supply was safe and had to dig up the driveway.
The discovery follows a raid on another cannabis factory, in Fen Road, on the edge of Cambridge, last week.
If you suspect drug dealing at a house or in your area, report it online at www.cambs.police.uk/report or call police on 101. You do not have to give your name, just what you have seen.
