Top crypto exchange Binance is taking a $200 million stake in the 104-year-old media brand, and not just because Binance’s CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao is on the Forbes billionaire list and the world’s wealthiest crypto mogul—the new funds are intended to help Forbes go public via SPAC.
