In the next 20 years, we will see more innovation in life sciences than we have seen in the last 100 years.” Today, customers are focussing more on automated tasks, real estate is no longer a constraint, and virtual ODC has become the new normal. “We will witness offline to online and online to offline in e-commerce. The hybrid model will evolve with flexible CRM solutions that will help us stay connected with the buyer. The cloud-based solutions and their integration will take over most legacy ERPs and AI will become the backbone of all business processes,” explains Piyush.
