Three men ran from a house after the police uncovered a huge cannabis factory.
On Tuesday morning, officers were called to an address in Blackpool to respond to a gas safety warrant which was being executed at the premise.
At around 11.50am, police entered the property and found a large cannabis factory with plants in every room.
Three men were inside the house but ran from the officers before they had a chance to arrest them.
A spokesperson for the police said: “Around 11.50am on Tuesday, police were called to an address in Blackpool in response to a gas safety warrant being executed.
“Three males ran from the premises and a large cannabis factory was located within, with plants in every room.
“Blackpool response team in conjunction with Blackpool neighbourhood team and the Blackpool Neighbourhood Taskforce attended and cleared the site.
“A large quantity of cannabis plants were located and seized and an investigation commenced.”
Electricity Northwest were asked to attend the property to make it safe.
The spokesperson added: “The pictures highlight the dangers of these cannabis farms and the fire risk the pose.”
