The Pomona Group sells its Terragaïa branch to Kinobé and the management team of Terragaïa

The Pomona Group, wholesaler to the food service industry professionals, has sold its subsidiary, Terragaïa, to the later’s management team, who has partnered with the Kinobé Group.Terragaïa, a specialist in the import of off-season fruits, was no longer considered a strategic asset to the Pomona Group, which has been refocusing on its core profession of food wholesaler for the past few years. This action ensures a safe continuity of the business for Terragaïa’s team, suppliers, and customers.

For its part, Kinobé welcomes this next step, confirming its strategy of specialized units, strategically positioned – Nosibé in Marseille and Châteaurenard, Kissao in Marseille, N&K in Rotterdam, KinoBio in Châteaurenard, now joined by Terragaïa in Rungis.

Thanks to this new acquisition, the Kinobé Group positions itself as one of the French leaders in the import and distribution of tropical and off-season fruits.
