The Hartford taps head of global specialty distribution

The Hartford has announced the promotion of Richard Vaughn to head of global specialty distribution. In his new role, Vaughn will drive distribution strategy across the company’s products and channels in global specialty. He will report to Adrien Robinson, head of global specialty at The Hartford.

Vaughn has spent more than 20 years at The Hartford in various roles across underwriting, sales and executive management. Prior to joining the company’s global specialty unit, Vaughn served as vice president of distribution management for The Hartford’s enterprise sales and distribution function.
