Think you need to be in the mood for crepes? Think again. The Crepe Factory is now slinging signature and modifiable creations in Safety Harbor. Located at 500 Main St. in Suite C, the new restaurant only has one thing on the menu, with the option to craft it an infinite amount of ways.

Don’t have a wild imagination when it comes to flavor pairings? Don’t sweat it. The Crepe Factory offers signature sweet, savory items, as well as build-your-own crepe variation beginning at $5.99. Savory crepes include bites like CF’s signature creation the South Rail Road with kajmak (rich creamy cheese spread), ajvar (roasted eggplant and roasted mild pepper spread), prosciutto and dill pickles, breaded in Italian bread crumbs and then deep-fried.

Just looking to please that sweet tooth? It might take a while to choose from the menu ranging from a simple crepe packed with white and black chocolate spread, Nutella or choice of jam to a more intricate option like the Paris à Safety Harbor (pictured above) with Nutella, a choice of fruit with grinding plasma biscuit, served with two syringes of Nutella topped with whipped cream, chocolate flakes, Kit-Kats, alongside scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

Hours for the Crepe Factory are 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, closed Wednesday, 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Thursday, 4 p.m.-11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
