Target Corp. is the new owner of the Mid-City Logistics Hub, a former Sears warehouse property in Minneapolis.

The Minneapolis-based retail giant paid $17.4 million for 399,000-square-foot property at 2600-2800 Winter St. NE, according to a certificate of real estate value made public Tuesday in Hennepin County. The price breaks down to $43.61 per square foot. …
