Survey launched into construction sector procurement

The Scottish Government’s Construction Procurement Policy Unit is seeking views on the procurement reform of construction contracts in Scotland.

Through various engagement sessions, the government said it has acknowledged that the construction industry wishes for reform in the procurement of construction contracts to achieve desired improvements for and by the industry.

The Construction Procurement Policy Unit has launched a survey to hear your views on what procurement reform means to you.

In the survey, you will be able to give feedback on procurement issues relating to construction activities in Scotland. You will be able to propose ideas of how to address these issues and highlight areas of good practice.

The survey is open to individuals, companies and organisations.

Click here to access the survey which is open until 30 June 2022.
