INSIDER’s senior food and beverage editor, Judie Bizzozero, joins vice president of content Heather Granato in Paris to discuss the latest trends at Fi Europe, including:

  • Innovations in plant-based nutrition, including new ingredients and the consumer demand for more “flexitarian” options.
  • How suppliers and brands are using storytelling to develop closer relationships with consumers, focusing on their desire for transparency and clean ingredient lists.
  • Sustainability as the cornerstone of business development, with incremental efforts leading to greater change throughout the supply chain.
