RAMP consists of three 6-month rotations and three 30-day sprints.

Each rotation is built around a project with challenging goals and a meaningful business impact. Participants play an active role in identifying rotations that will best meet their development needs and professional interests.
30 day sprints focus on skills development, starting with an immersive onboarding experience that connects new employees with over 50 teammates and leaders across Ericsson in 30 days. The opportunity to rapidly build your professional network and develop your mentoring board of mentors will be supercharged from Day 1.
After each rotation you will be assigned to 30-day sprint projects, both individual and cohort driven. These projects will give participants a diverse perspective of our business and the ability to make a significant difference in a short time.
RAMP cultivates change leaders and impactful executors that strive to make our outstanding company even better through the orchestration of culture, process, and technology.

RAMP is the perfect transition from college to the corporate world. The program has been designed to allow us to nurture our interests and work towards our professional goals, all while being comfortably surrounded by others with similar ambitions in mind. Being a rotational program, RAMP has allowed me to not only collaborate on several projects within the organization, but has also led to the easy formation of relationships with people across all functions of the company. I am so happy to be a part of this community within Ericsson.

The RAMP supply track has allowed me to gain exposure to Ericsson’s ways of working, build my network, and provides me with an opportunity to showcase my professional skills to Ericsson Leadership. As a new Supply Chain Professional, the ability to rotate into three different organizations to learn and make a positive impact provides me with the chance to design my future at Ericsson. Having a cohort to share this journey with and lean on for support has allowed us all to continue to flourish in this early career program.

RAMP has provided a support system as I entered the workforce, from attentive managers to collaborative participants. The early exposure to hands on professional experience and mentorship is unique to the program and allows me to drive impact and innovation within Supply and other areas of interest. I have been exposed to different teams and projects within Supply to allow me to truly find where I am best suited while expanding my network within the company.
